Location: the hotel was next to the mountain with the geodes and incredible rocks and Marrakesh and Ouarzazate. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Nothing could be improved.

It is conveniently located between Marrakech and the mountains, making it a perfect stopover. the indoor dining area provides a cozy atmosphere to enjoy delicious meals, while the terrace offers stunning views of the Atlas mountains.
The Wi-Fi in the bedrooms did not work, which was a minor inconvenience.

The decoration at Dar Isselday was charmingly traditional and filled with beautiful antique pieces. The attention to detail in the general areas, such as the garden and dining area, was exquisite. It truly felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The staff kindly assisted me with my luggage and ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I only wished that there were more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Isselday Bed & Breakfast. Lahcen and Najate and their family were delightful hosts who made us feel right at home. The traditional Berber home was clean and well cared for, and our room was upgraded to a larger one. The beds were comfortable and the whole place had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Najate's cooking was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. It was definitely one of the best stays we've had in Morocco.

The rooms at Dar Isselday were absolutely lovely. Each room had a cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with the tadellakt shower was a nice touch, and the free toiletries were a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the beautiful patio view from my room, it added a touch of serenity to my stay.
While I had a great experience overall, I did find the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms a bit underwhelming. But hey, that's just my personal preference, others might still enjoy them.
